X-Ray Technician

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with holiday rotation
• First week of contract may work weekday day shifts for orientation, then set schedule begins
• On-call rotation required with 1-hour response time requirement
• On-call coverage Monday-Friday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, weekend call 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Float within pediatric imaging locations for critical staffing coverage as needed
• May float to other buildings on same campus when required
• 1 year of experience required with first-timers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS, SQRSA South Carolina License
• Operating room experience and C-arm experience required with additional training available
• O-arm experience preferred with training available
• Trauma experience and pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Must provide own radiation badge (agency provided, facility does not provide)
• South Carolina license must be in hand prior to start date
• Scrub color: Teal top/Black bottoms
• Charting system: Epic
• Work with patients of all ages including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
• Perform various imaging procedures including portable, fluoroscopy, OR, and ED coverage
• Work with Siemens diagnostic equipment and C-Arms
• Orientation: 8 hours plus approximately 4 hours of non-billable modules completed pre-start
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours provision)
