Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Cottonwood, AZ

Verde Valley Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation services in Cottonwood, Arizona. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 11, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Friday, 5x8 day shifts
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Weekly pay: $2,534.40
• Facility-allowed call-offs up to 6 times during the 13-week assignment
• Weekend coverage required as needed

Role Responsibilities

• Treat daily patient load of approximately 11 patients
• Work with adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations
• May float to surrounding outpatient clinics as needed
• Use Cerner charting system for documentation
• Adhere to quality and patient safety standards including BCMA medication administration protocols

Requirements

• Arizona license or compact license required upon submission
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• AZ fingerprint clearance card required
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience (first-time travelers accepted)

Preferred Qualifications

• Manual therapy certification
• Dry needling certification
• Hand therapy certification
• Lymphedema certification
• Wound care certification
