Position Details:

• Specialty: NICU respiratory therapy
• Shift: 3x12 days per week with 36 guaranteed hours
• Schedule: Every other weekend required; no call responsibilities
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: June 15, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,971

Requirements:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Graduation from AMA-approved school of respiratory care with Associate degree minimum
• Current Arkansas state license
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Current certifications: RRT, BLS, NRP
• No float requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• PALS certification
• ACLS certification
• STABLE certification

Work Environment:

• EPIC electronic medical record system
• Black scrubs required
• NICU clinical focus with specialized respiratory care duties
