ED - Emergency Room

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Provide age-specific, direct patient care in the emergency department
• Deliver nursing care utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of Department of Nursing Standards
• Follow Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care guidelines
• Assume leadership responsibilities including delegation of work to other levels of employees
• Maintain compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing healthcare provision
• Required active certifications prior to contract start date: ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and NRP
• If certifications are not current, must have booked course scheduled at time of Clinical Orientation
• Work within emergency department providing comprehensive nursing care
