RN - Med Surg
Job Details:
• Care for patients across multiple specialties including urology, gynecology, orthopedics, medicine, surgery, trauma, ENT, and vascular
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Med Surg specialty required
• EPIC electronic health record system experience required
• No requested time off (RTO) permitted
• Skills checklist required
• References required
• Certification card required
• Nursys license verification required
• Resume/work history with no gaps greater than 60 days required
• Badge-appropriate photo required in profile
