Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Full-time position with 40 hours guaranteed per week
• Typical caseload of 6-9 patients per day
• Work primarily in long-term care setting
• Provide skilled swing bed services
• Limited outpatient coverage responsibilities
• Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Active State OT License required
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of occupational therapy experience required
