Respiratory Therapist Job in Columbia, SC

MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center Downtown is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend coverage required. There are no on-call responsibilities.

Position Details:

• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in respiratory and neuro diagnostics
• Float within scope as needed to meet facility census demands
• May rotate between Downtown, Fairfield, Kershaw, and NE campuses based on staffing needs
• Guaranteed hours with facility allowed to call off one shift per two weeks
• During hurricane season (June–November), may be assigned to emergency response teams

Requirements:

• Current South Carolina RRT license at time of start
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and RRT certifications required
• Epic charting system experience
• First-time travelers accepted
