<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 4x12 hour shifts with every other weekend requirement<br>• Must have Labor & Delivery experience as primary assignment will be in L&D<br>• NICU or PICU experience required with 2 years minimum experience<br>• Children&#39;s hospital experience within the last 3 years required<br>• Home unit assignment of NICU, PICU, or Peds determined upon arrival but can change based on facility needs<br>• May float between PICU, NICU, and Peds, and to IU Health North Hospital<br>• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP (required for L&D placement), Indiana State License<br>• PALS preferred<br>• Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA<br>• Indiana state license required - accepts temporary license if permanent license application has been submitted<br>• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays<br>• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)<br>• Proficiency required in pediatric respiratory care including ventilator management, aerosol therapy, and specialized pediatric equipment<br>• Experience with patient age groups: neonates, infants, and pediatrics<br>• First time travelers accepted<br>• Must provide written confirmation of comfort with every other weekend requirement before submission</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This renowned children&#39;s hospital specializes in comprehensive pediatric care and serves as a leading medical center for children&#39;s healthcare services.
