Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend, holiday, and call requirements when applicable
• Must have current RN license from accredited School of Nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Must have completed at least 1 successful travel assignment
• Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience required
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Must possess thorough knowledge of nursing principles and ability to provide quality patient care
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
• May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse
• Must recognize safety issues and assess/implement use of lifts or move patients safely
• Must function well in stressful situations with good problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills with ability to prioritize and delegate
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required
• 100-mile radius rule applies
