OR RN Job in Springfield, MO

You'll work nights in the operating room at Mercy Hospital Springfield on a 3x12 schedule, with shifts running 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a 13-week assignment offering 36 guaranteed weekly hours.

What you'll do:

• Provide direct patient care with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Work as both scrub and circulator in the OR
• Operate various equipment including the DaVinci Robot
• Care for patients ranging from outpatient to critical care inpatient cases
• Float as needed and fulfill call requirements (averaging 5 or fewer per 8 weeks)
• Work weekend hours as required by the facility

What you need:

• Current RN License for Missouri or eligibility for Missouri licensure
• BLS certification from AHA
• 2 years of Level 1 or 2 Trauma experience (teaching hospital experience considered)
• Demonstrated scrub and OR circulator experience
• Completion of night shift orientation on day shift with full week availability required

Preferred qualifications:

• Level 1 trauma experience with multiple years in the specialty

Additional details:

• EMR system: EPIC
• Scrub color provided; professional attire required (no jeans or unprofessional clothing)
• Flu vaccination or facility-approved exemption required November 1 through April 1

Pay and duration:

You'll earn $2,365.20 per week. Your assignment begins May 11, 2026, and runs for 91 days.
