Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Provide comprehensive nursing care at the unit level within the Emergency Department
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Maintain accountability for patient safety and adherence to quality care standards
• Manage resources related to patient care effectively
• Support the facility Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and ensure competency of clinical staff under your supervision
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting

• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour day shifts (0700–1930)
