Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Ft. Walton Beach, FL

You will work as an RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital. This is a 91-day travel position with a start date of August 13, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 4 shifts of 10 hours per week, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• STEMI call required approximately 10 to 12 days per month
• Self-scheduling available
• Weekly pay: $2,301

Role and Responsibilities

You will provide direct patient care in a 7-bed holding area within the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will float within the Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab, and Stress Lab as needed. Your work will include a range of advanced procedures: TAVR, PFO closure, atherectomy, PCI, right and left heart catheterization, Impella and IABP support, device implants, direct current cardioversion, and transesophageal echocardiography.

Required Experience and Skills

• Cath Lab experience required
• Advanced knowledge of structural heart procedures, IABP, Impella, intravascular ultrasound (IVR), and fractional flow reserve (FFR)
• Proficiency in PCI, PFO closure, Impella support, and IABP management
• Experience with GE Innova equipment
• Experience with Impella devices
• Familiarity with MacLab and Meditech documentation systems

Required Certifications

• ACLS
• BLS
