ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• ICU unit with 12 beds
• Night shift patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3 (estimated, never guaranteed)
• Work with equipment including monitors, CRRT, IV, fluid warmers, and blanket coolers
• EMR system: Meditech (prior experience preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH
• Ventilator competency, IV, and GTT competency preferred
• Perform procedures including dialysis line insertions, arterial line insertions, central line insertions, cardioversion, thoracentesis, and chest tube insertions
• Must be willing to float as needed across all three campus locations
• Strong communication skills with staff and providers required
• Patient experience is a top priority
