Job Details:

• Provide occupational therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• 50/50 split between inpatient and outpatient caseload
• Variable schedule including weekends
• Work week defined as Monday 12:01 AM through Sunday 11:59 PM
• 10-hour and 12-hour shifts available
• Must have experience in both inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy
• Overtime rate applies for hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week
• Holiday rate differential available
• Pre-approval required for missed meals and breaks
• Credentialing materials preferred to be submitted in one complete batch
• Position classified as rapid response crisis need
