Med Surg RN Job in Tuba City, AZ

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical unit at Tuba City Regional, caring for patients of all ages. Your role involves performing a variety of nursing care procedures, working independently to complete assignments following physician orders, facility standards, and nursing policies.

Position Details:

• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: July 13, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,102.40

Requirements:

• Current, valid, unrestricted Nursing License for any US state, Puerto Rico, or US territory
• Minimum 2 years of acute or sub-acute nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from American Heart Association
• Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) must be completed within six months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) must be completed within six months of hire

Onboarding:

• Orientation occurs every 2 weeks
• Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date

Housing:

• Limited shared housing units available at $600 per month, based on availability
• No family or pets allowed in provided housing

You will provide direct nursing care and support to patients and their families throughout your assignment at this regional facility.
