Med Surg RN Job in Le Mars, IA

Floyd Valley Healthcare is seeking a Med Surg RN to join our critical access hospital team in Le Mars, Iowa. You will work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule covering both day and night rotations, providing direct patient care across our medical-surgical department and emergency department.

Your Role:

• Deliver nursing care to both pediatric and adult patients in med-surg and emergency settings
• Work rotating day and night shifts, including every third weekend
• Participate in holiday coverage based on the established rotation schedule
• Float between the emergency department and medical-surgical units as needed to support patient care
• Work without call expectations under normal circumstances

This 91-day assignment begins April 8, 2026, and offers you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a critical access hospital setting.
