<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer Physical Therapy services as prescribed by licensed providers<br>• Work in inpatient, outpatient, and/or home health settings<br>• Treat patients with Physical Therapy modalities including ultrasound, NMES, and iontophoresis<br>• Perform skilled therapy techniques such as manual muscle testing and joint ROM measurements<br>• Instruct patients on use of adaptive and assistive equipment<br>• Supervise and direct Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA)<br>• Perform appropriate patient assessments related to physician orders<br>• Design treatment programs for patients with varying degrees and types of disabilities<br>• Formulate realistic short and long-term treatment goals<br>• Include patient and family in development of care plans<br>• Ensure accurate patient charges and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards<br>• Complete timely and efficient documentation including evaluations, progress notes, monthly notes, and discharge summaries<br>• Current Illinois Physical Therapist License required<br>• Valid driver&#39;s license and proof of personal auto insurance required<br>• BLS certification required<br>• APTA membership preferred<br>• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred<br>• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required<br>• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility provides comprehensive rehabilitation services with a dedicated rehab department focused on restoring function, improving mobility, and relieving pain for patients.
