Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts: 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM or 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Rotating weekend schedule with every other weekend required
• Holiday requirement if scheduled to work on Christmas or New Year's Day
• No call or standby requirements
• Handle 40-70 treatments per therapist daily
• Provide breathing treatments, ventilator management, and ABG draws and analysis
• Perform EKGs for inpatient and outpatient services
• Manage up to 8-9 ventilators in ICU at a time
• Assist with intubation procedures
• Cover all inpatient areas and emergency department
• Perform outpatient EKGs and bronchoscopies in procedural setting
• May initiate CPAP on infants when needed
• Float within facility only as required
• Required experience: ER, ICU, and inpatient adult experience; pediatric experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), CRT via NBRC, NRP, PALS, STABLE Certification
• Equipment includes Puritan Bennett 840, Hamilton C1, Avea, Bipap v60, Vapotherm for high flow
• Professional scrubs of any color required with clean-shaven appearance for men and no long nails
• Department orientation includes general orientation, classroom modules, and 3 days of shadowing with preceptor
• Must provide copy of unexpired driver's license and be within 100-mile radius
• 2 shifts per 13-week contract cancellation policy
