Job Details:

• Work 5x8 day shifts from 1500-2330 with rotating weekends and overtime support
• Provide direct and indirect patient care utilizing comprehensive nursing processes
• Deliver holistic and individualized care to patients of all ages including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Scrub and circulate experience required with focus on neuro, Da Vinci robotics, total joint, and spine procedures
• Handle daily census of approximately 30 cases across 13 operating rooms
• Work with specialized equipment including DeVinci, Ion, Globus, Trios (Jackson Table), fluid management systems, microscopes, Stealth, and Trumpf Table
• Float to other locations if census is low on home unit
• Maintain patient ratio of 1:1 across all shifts
• Call coverage required sometimes
• 5 years of operating room experience required
• California RN licensure and BLS (AHA) certification required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• CNOR certification required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Complete 40 hours of orientation including non-billable modules averaging 1-5 hours
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing
• 7-year work history verification required
