X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• Monday through Thursday schedule with no call required
• Holidays coverage as needed
• Will primarily support the OR - strong OR experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Must be a graduate from an approved radiology program
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Charting system experience required (any system accepted)
• Experience with Siemens, Philips, and GE equipment preferred
• Equipment utilized includes: Carestream digital portables, Carestream digital X-ray rooms, Siemens Agile and Artis Zee digital fluoro suites, Shimadzu digital portable, Philips Zenition C-arms, and GE OEC C-arms
• PACS system utilized: McKesson
• Must be comfortable performing procedures across a wide range of patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required skills include: adult acute care, adult outpatient, bedside/portable procedures, pediatric outpatient, C-arm procedures, isolation precautions/PPE, and a full range of imaging procedures covering abdomen, chest, spine, upper and lower extremities
