Medical Technologist - Lab

Job Details:

• Work Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM shifts
• Supervise day-to-day operations of laboratory personnel
• Perform chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests
• Ensure adherence to quality control protocols
• Maintain laboratory equipment and oversee staffing and training
• Support compliance with state and federal regulations
• Cover both Lander and Riverton campuses
• Must have BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Minimum high school diploma required
• Must be graduate of MT or CLS training program approved or accredited by ABHES, CAHEA or other HHS-approved organization
• ASCP certification required
• Minimum 3 years recent lab supervisor experience required
• Work under direction of Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Medical Director
