Medical Lab Technician Supervisor Job in Lander, WY

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Lab Technician Supervisor for a 91-day travel assignment in Lander, Wyoming. You will work Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, earning $2,044 per week.

In this supervisory role, you will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and personnel while performing chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervise and train laboratory staff
• Perform and oversee quality control protocols
• Maintain and manage laboratory equipment
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support both Lander and Riverton campus locations
• Work under the direction of the Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Medical Director

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an ABHES, CAHEA, or HHS-approved Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) training program
• ASCP certification
• Minimum 3 years recent laboratory supervisor experience
• BLS certification through American Heart Association
• High school diploma or equivalent

This assignment begins June 8, 2026. You will be employed as an Allied Health Professional and work under the supervision of SageWest Health Care's leadership team at this rural healthcare facility.
