ED RN Job in Mesa, Arizona

You'll join Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. This is a 89-day travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026, working three 12-hour night shifts per week at $2,446.20 weekly.

What you'll do:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care according to organizational policies
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as needed
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Supervise and delegate care to licensed and non-licensed personnel
• Maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations

What you need:

• Current, valid RN license in your state of practice or compact RN licensure
• TNCC certification
• BLS certification
• Minimum one year experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Acute care experience within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the ED specialty area

Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Adequate physical agility, fine motor skills and eye-hand coordination
• Standard precautions required due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids

Banner Desert Medical Center is located at 1400 S Dobson Road. You'll work a varied schedule within the Emergency Department environment, responding to acute patient needs and contributing to a fast-paced clinical team.
