OT - OT Rehab

Job Details:

• Work 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts
• May be required to work every other Saturday
• 13-week contract assignment
• Function as Occupational Therapy Director with clinical oversight responsibilities
• Provide direct patient evaluation and treatment 80% of the time
• Assist with program development and administrative tasks 20% of the time
• Oversee and coordinate clinical education and competency processes for OT staff
• Provide direct supervision of certified Occupational Therapy assistants (COTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and professional standards
• Oversee Occupational Therapy policy and procedure manual development
• Address scope of care, evaluation/treatment standards, discharge planning and documentation
• Must function in accordance with State Practice Act
• Any missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by supervisor prior to missing
