RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Provide care in the Adult Cardiac Operating Room using a multidisciplinary approach
• Care for patients of all ages across a wide variety of cardiac cases including CABGs, TAVIs, and Heart Failure cases (VADs, ECMO, Artificial Heart, and Heart Transplants)
• Independently scrub and circulate complex adult cardiac cases including CABGs, structural heart cases (Bentall), minimally invasive procedures (Mini Aortic Valve Replacement), and heart failure cases (Impella)
• Transplant and TAVI/TAVR experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to both scrub and circulate
• Telemetry skills required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Operating room experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred
• New York RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only) and ACLS (American Heart Association only)
