PCU RN Job in Cleveland, OH

Join Cleveland Medical Center as a Registered Nurse on our cardiac stepdown unit, located on Lerner Tower 5. This is a 90-day travel position offering you the opportunity to deliver specialized care in a 30-bed adult medical-cardiology setting.

Your Role

You will work the night shift, 3 days per week at 12 hours per shift, caring for patients with complex cardiac conditions. Your responsibilities include managing advanced heart failure cases, pulmonary hypertension, and dysrhythmias. You will provide expert nursing care for patients requiring heart transplants and those with implantable devices such as VADs, pacemakers, and defibrillators.

Clinical Focus Areas

• Complex cardiac stepdown care and monitoring
• Heart failure and pulmonary hypertension management
• Interventional cardiology support
• Care for patients with implantable cardiac devices
• Support for procedures including cardiac catheterization, ablation, and chemical cardioversion

Work Environment
