Opportunity:

Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient

Job Details:

• 5x8 rotating schedule including weekdays and some weekends (every 3rd weekend)
• Day shift times: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Evening shift times: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Overnight shift times: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM, 8:30 PM - 7:30 AM (if working overnights, 7 nights on, 7 nights off)
• Majority of shifts will be day and/or evening, with occasional overnight shifts if needed
• Virginia license required in hand at time of submission - no exceptions
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD, RPh required
• 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience required; travel experience preferred
• Required skills: IV experience, pain controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, order entry, and medication order verification
• Preferred skills: Chemotherapy experience, anticoagulants, pharmacokinetic dosing, and renal dosing
• EPIC charting experience required
• Scrubs not provided; professional dress or hunter green scrubs required
