Emergency Department RN Job in Rogers, Arkansas

You'll work as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department at Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas in Rogers, performing direct patient care for all age groups. This is a night shift position on a 3x12 schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes
• Monitoring vital signs and patient status throughout your shift
• Coordinating care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient outcomes and comfort
• Documenting and managing patient information using the EPIC electronic medical records system
• Providing compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency environment

Required qualifications:

• Current Arkansas RN licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• 1+ years of emergency nursing experience

You'll wear black scrubs. This assignment runs for 91 days, with a start date of July 13, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,102.40.
