Telemetry RN Job in Germantown, TN

You'll work in a medical surgical telemetry unit at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital, caring for adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including medical oncology, GYN surgery, and general medical-surgical conditions. The 42-bed unit maintains a daily census of 42 patients.

Your Role

• Monitor patients on telemetry and manage IV starts
• Care for overflow, post-surgical, and observation patients
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:5-6 during days, nights, and weekends
• Work on-call shifts and weekend rotations as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact license
• 2+ years of recent medical surgical experience
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
• BLS and NIHSS certifications
• ADN or BSN acceptable
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility

Position Details

• Schedule: 3x12 days
• Assignment duration: 91 days
• Start date: May 18, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,073.60

Additional Information

• Cerner experience preferred
• One pre-approved time off request allowed during assignment
• Must be willing to work required holidays
