CT Technologist Job in Charleston, SC

MUSC Health Charleston seeks a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with holiday rotation and on-call duties as needed.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform routine CT studies, outpatient imaging, cardiac procedures, and interventional radiology cases
• Conduct biopsies and drainage procedures
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and support sister facilities as required
• Work with daily census of 130 patients across 3 available rooms
• Serve patients across all age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Equipment and Systems

• Operate Siemens Force (Somaris 7), Siemens Go.top (Somaris 10), and Siemens Somatom Definition (Somaris 7) scanners
• Document in Epic charting system

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification
• ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification
• SCRQSA (R) (CT) certification
• South Carolina license in hand at time of start
• Minimum 1 year CT experience or 6 months Level 1 trauma experience
• Siemens equipment experience
• Level 1 trauma center experience
• Epic charting system experience

Additional Details

• 40 hours of orientation provided
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Hurricane season emergency response team assignment may be required (June–November)
• Wear teal top and black bottom scrubs
• Agency will supply radiation badge

Assignment begins May 11, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,462.40.
