Telemetry RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

Mercy Hospital St Louis is seeking an RN for a 91-day travel assignment on their Telemetry unit. You'll work the night shift and provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical telemetry environment.

Shift and Schedule

• Work 4x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 48 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend hours as needed, with standard expectation of every other full weekend
• No call requirements
• Up to 5 days of automatic approval per 13-week period
• Expected to work at least one major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Care for 50% medical and 50% telemetry adult patients
• Typical patient ratio of 4–6:1
• Perform direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and coordinate care with ancillary departments
• Float as needed to other units within customary expectations
• Use EPIC EMR system and standard nursing equipment

Requirements

• Current RN license
• 2+ years of telemetry experience
• NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• Flu vaccination required November 1–April 1
• Black scrubs required

Compensation and Assignment Details

• Weekly pay: $2,102.40
• Assignment start: April 6, 2026
• Duration: 91 days
