*CHS Travel: FP - Registered Nurse (RN) / MS / Telemetry (Tele) - Days

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Med Surg Tele</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work night shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with 3 12-hour shifts per week<br>• 48-hour guarantee available<br>• Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule<br>• Float pool position requiring willingness to float between departments and four facilities<br>• Patient ratio of 6:1<br>• Any color scrubs permitted<br>• Required: Arizona license, BLS, ACLS<br>• Minimum 2 years of experience required<br>• Cerner EMR experience required<br>• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies<br>• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in planning safe delivery of care<br>• Delegate patient care priorities based on available staff education and experience<br>• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel<br>• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education<br>• 13-week assignment with ASAP start date preferred within 2 weeks of offer acceptance</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates multiple medical facilities providing comprehensive medical and surgical services with telemetry monitoring capabilities.
