Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Lexington, KY

Baptist Healthcare System, Inc. is seeking an RN for our Cardiac Cath Lab in Lexington, KY. This is a 124-day travel assignment beginning June 29, 2026, with a weekly pay of $2,797.20.

Position Details:

• Work 3 shifts of 12 hours with call responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments in accordance with RN scope of practice and hospital policies
• Collect objective and subjective patient data to identify risk factors and presenting complaints
• Develop prioritized problem lists based on inter-professional team input
• Implement patient care therapies and procedures with clinical autonomy
• Explain procedures, treatments, and processes to patients and families
• Recognize, respond to, and communicate changes in patient condition appropriately
• Delegate tasks and oversee team members in patient care activities
• Monitor accuracy and completeness of delegated care
• Identify and address patient educational needs according to comprehension level
• Facilitate the patient discharge process by executing discharge orders in a timely manner
