Pharmacist Inpatient Job in Berlin, NH

Join Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, NH as an Inpatient Pharmacist on a 91-day travel assignment. This is a Monday through Friday position working 40 hours per week, with shift times between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You will also rotate every third weekend, working Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. There are no on-call responsibilities.

Your Role:

• Support pharmacy operations across ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department units
• Work independently, particularly during weekend shifts
• Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize medication therapy and patient safety

Requirements:

• Current New Hampshire State Pharmacist License (or ability to apply at time of offer)
• Minimum 2 years of current hospital pharmacy experience
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Pharmacist skills checklist completion required
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of total pharmacist experience
• Critical access hospital experience
• Previous travel healthcare experience
• Meditech experience
• Omnicell experience

Compensation & Details:

• Weekly pay: $3,456
• Assignment start date: September 14, 2026
• Duration: 91 days
• Shift schedule: 4 × 10 hours (Monday–Friday), plus rotating weekend coverage
