Job Details:

• Friday through Sunday shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Block scheduling type
• Minimum 2 years of experience required, 3 years preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Serves patient age groups including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Approximately 20 patient visits per day across 2 CT rooms
• Perform CT imaging including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, lumbar, thoracic, cervical, sinuses, soft tissue neck, and musculoskeletal trauma studies
• Perform advanced imaging including brain perfusion, carotid studies, vascular chest studies (pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), and heart studies (calcium scoring, coronary angiography)
• Perform 3D rendering techniques including maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering
• Perform multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and region of interest (ROI) measurements
• Prepare and administer contrast media and perform venipuncture and peripheral IV starts
• Participate in biopsy and aspiration procedures
• Operate Philips iSite/Intellispace PACS system
• Apply radiation safety protocols and isolation precautions/PPE as required
• Candidates will float within the hospital as needed
• Two professional references required, completed within the last two years by someone in a supervisory capacity
• Valid state or compact license required
