ICU RN Job in Cleveland, OH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a 90-day travel assignment at Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. This critical care role offers you the opportunity to provide specialized nursing care in a 20-bed intensive care unit focused on post-operative cardiac patients.

About the Role

You will deliver direct nursing care to patients recovering from open heart surgery and other critical cardiac procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage post-operative patients admitted directly from the operating room
• Provide comprehensive open heart recovery nursing care
• Monitor advanced hemodynamic parameters using Swan-Ganz catheters
• Care for patients with chest tubes and other post-operative drains
• Assess and respond to acute changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in a specialized cardiac ICU setting

What We're Looking For

You are an RN with experience in critical care and cardiac ICU (CTICU) nursing. You have strong assessment skills, the ability to manage complex patients, and experience with hemodynamic monitoring. You thrive in fast-paced environments and communicate effectively with physicians and team members.
