Telemetry RN Job in Saint Louis, MO

Missouri Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry float position covering medical, surgical, oncology, neuro, and cardiology units. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 13, 2026.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Weekly pay: $2,313.10
• Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13-week contract
• Every other weekend required or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum; holiday rotation obligation applies
• No on-call required

Patient Care

• Patient ratios: 1:5–6 for days and weekends, 1:6 for nights
• Patient age groups: Adults and Geriatrics
• Float process: Call a recorded line up to 1 hour before your scheduled shift start time to receive unit assignment

Required Skills & Certifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
• IV start competency and Telemetry certification
• Central line care and management
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Telemetry and remote monitoring
• Peripheral line care, phlebotomy, and IV maintenance
• Wound care and isolation precautions
• Rapid response and code team participation
• Preferred: NIHSS certification
