CT Technologist Job in Wichita Falls, TX

United Regional is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment in Wichita Falls, TX. You will work two 16-hour shifts per week on Friday and Saturday nights from 10:30 PM to 3:00 PM, with no on-call responsibilities.

About the Role

You will perform CT imaging across multiple anatomical regions, including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, cervical, lumbar, thoracic, and sinuses. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting CT studies with and without contrast media
• Performing specialized imaging procedures such as carotid, heart, and trauma head studies
• Preparing and administering contrast media
• Starting peripheral IVs as needed
• Operating Philips CT 128 and 256 slice scanners, Fuji Diagnostic X-ray, and Shimadzu Diagnostic Portables
• Following radiation safety protocols and isolation precautions
• Providing care to patients across all age groups, from neonates through geriatrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
• Current BLS certification
• TMB (Texas Medical Board) certification
• ARRT (R) certification
• Experience with PACS systems

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification
• X-ray technologist background with CT experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Management or lead experience

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,338. Assignment begins August 24, 2026.
