Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Work with patient population ranging from infants to geriatrics, primarily adult patients with exposure to pediatric intubated patients
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, RRT, and Georgia RRT License
• Trauma experience required; pulmonary function testing (spirometry testing) preferred
• Manage non-invasive ventilation, conventional ventilation, and aerosol therapy
• Perform bedside pulmonary function tests, arterial lines, arterial blood gases, and capillary blood gases
• Provide oxygen management, patient education, and draw from lines
• Work with adult critical care and pediatric critical care patients
• Preferred experience with unit systems: Viasys Vela, GE Carescape, and Viasys Avea; Epic charting system experience preferred
• Additional systems used: Pyxis, SBAR
• Float required within facility and to sister campus as needed
• Every other weekend required; 5 weekend days out of a six-week schedule
• No on-call requirements
• 48 hours of orientation required
• Holiday coverage expected based on number of major holidays falling within assignment period

• Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
