Operating Room RN Job in Santa Fe, NM

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the Operating Room at CHRISTUS St Vincent Physicians Medical Center in Santa Fe, NM. This is a 91-day contract beginning July 6, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• Day shift: 4x10-hour shifts
• Hours: 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend requirement: Yes
• On-call requirement: Yes
• Floating requirement: Yes
• Weekly pay: $2,323.20

Role Responsibilities

• Provide routine and complex perioperative care, maintaining awareness of all relevant clinical aspects
• Apply the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation—for assigned patients
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols; monitor for side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
• Assess patient and family learning needs and provide education
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers as indicated
• Practice independently while demonstrating focus on long-range goals and care plans

Requirements

• Current RN license in New Mexico or compact privilege
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• ACLS (AHA) certification required
• 1 year of experience in nursing specialty preferred
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
