Ultrasound Technologist Job in Stevens Point, WI

Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital is seeking an Ultrasound Technician for a 13-week contract position. You will work 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with 40 guaranteed hours per week.

About the Role

You will perform a range of ultrasound studies, including OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, general ultrasound/vascular, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and small parts imaging. Proficiency across all these areas is required. You will average 6–8 exams per day and work with Philips Epiq Elite and GE Logic ultrasound machines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of ultrasound technician experience
• RDMS OB/GYN certification
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• High school diploma

Additional Responsibilities

You will participate in weekend call and holiday rotation schedules. On-call rotation averages approximately 1 day per week and every 6th weekend. You may float to other Aspirus locations in the south region, including Wisconsin Rapids, Plover, and Divine Savior.

Compensation and Duration
