ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - ICU/CCU Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Provide direct patient care in critical care environment
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate safe quality patient care delivery and documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reporting
• Complete timely documentation and maintain professional clinical environment
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and research utilization
• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments
• Serve as preceptor/mentor for other healthcare professionals and students
• Required licenses: RN (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 180 days)
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Must possess strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required
