Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week
• Must work at least one major holiday and associated weekends during that time period
• Call requirement with 30-minute response time: 1-3 weeknight calls and 1-3 weekend calls in a 6-week schedule
• May be assigned 2-3 in-house Sunday shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM as regular shifts
• May need to cover 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM in-house shift if scheduled staff calls out on assigned call day
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted
• EPIC experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, NBSTSA Cert, NH State License (CSFA preferred)
• Must be comfortable working with all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Handle daily surgical case volume of 20-48 cases across 11 operating rooms
• Scrub cases in multiple specialties: general, orthopedic, spine, urology, endoscopic/laparoscopic, neurosurgical, gynecological, ophthalmology, plastics, ENT, and cardiovascular procedures
• Experience required with robotic procedures including MAKO and DaVinci systems
• Must be proficient in trauma cases as Level II Trauma center
• Scrubs provided by facility
• 7-hour orientation provided
