<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 4/10 schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM<br>• On-call requirements: every 4th day and 4th weekend<br>• Weekend call requirement: Friday end of shift through Monday 6:30 AM every 3rd or 4th weekend<br>• Weeknight call: 1-2 nights per week from end of shift until 6:30 AM<br>• Holiday call requirement: 1 major holiday and holiday weekend per year<br>• 20-minute call response time required<br>• Oregon license required<br>• Radiation badge required (facility does not provide)<br>• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), RT, RCIS or ARRT (CI) or (CV)<br>• Primary responsibility is scrubbing all cases tableside with physician<br>• May be asked to circulate cases and function as circulator and scrub tech<br>• Handle 5-10 cases per day on average across 3 suites/labs<br>• Perform groin management and all access site management (groin/radial/drains)<br>• Set up sterile tables and scrub coronary angiogram/interventions, STEMI&#39;s, peripheral procedures<br>• Work with atherectomy devices, Impella and IABP<br>• Handle PCI/diagnostic catheterizations, device implants, peripheral/IR cases, IVC filters<br>• Work with McKesson/GE equipment and MEDITECH charting system<br>• Scrubs supplied by the department<br>• Orientation provided by peers and special procedure tech<br>• No floating requirements</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory with 3 specialized suites providing advanced cardiovascular and interventional procedures. The facility offers a full range of cardiac services including diagnostic catheterizations, interventional procedures, device implants, and peripheral vascular treatments.
