Job Details:

• 8-10 hour flexible day shifts
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Possibility of 1-2 weekends required; no holiday rotation
• No float requirements
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Primary location is an inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient setting
• Position is primarily outpatient with some inpatient responsibilities as needed
• See approximately 8-10 patients per shift
• General physical therapy and orthopedic skills required
• Inpatient and outpatient experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Business casual attire required
• Required certifications: BLS and Wisconsin PT license; NPI number required
• AHA or ARC certifications required
• Bachelor's Degree required; Doctorate Degree preferred
• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Candidate must be a hard worker, resilient, able to manage change, work independently, and complete tasks in a timely manner
