OR RN Job in Fort Worth, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment at Medical City Fort Worth. This backfill position offers you the opportunity to work in a high-acuity neurosurgery environment with a strong case mix of spine and brain procedures.

Assignment Details

• Location: Fort Worth, TX
• Shift: 3 x 12-hour days, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday, Thursday, and Friday (36 guaranteed hours per week)
• Alternative: 4 x 10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: June 1, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $1,971

Role Overview

You will support a 17-bed OR unit including CVOR and Transplant services at an acute care facility. Patient ratio is 1:1 in the OR with 1–2 surgical techs per case. You will handle a high volume of neurosurgery, orthopedic, robotic, urology, plastic, cardiac, and transplant cases, including craniotomies and advanced procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years of OR experience in an acute care hospital setting (not surgery center)
• Neurosurgery experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
• Proficiency with robotic systems preferred; Meditech documentation experience preferred

Facility Resources

The facility is equipped with Da Vinci XI, Globus and Mako robotic systems, advanced microscopes, and standard OR equipment. Scrubs are provided.
