CHRISTUS St Vincent Regional Medical Center in Santa Fe, NM is seeking an RN for the Operating Room. This is a travel position with a 91-day assignment starting July 6, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• Day shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 5 days per week (8-hour shifts)
• Weekend requirement: Yes
• On-call requirement: Yes
• Floating requirement: Yes
• Rate: $88/hour ($2,323.20 weekly)

Required Credentials

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS Certification via AHA
• ACLS Certification via AHA
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care appropriate to the age of the patient population served
• Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner
• Demonstrate performance consistent with unit standards of care
• Communicate in a clear, concise manner appropriate to the developmental age of the patient
• Maintain current knowledge and skills appropriate to the age and type of patient population served
• Handle emergency and crisis situations with prolonged standing and walking as required

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Perform heavy physical effort to position, push, and transfer patients or equipment
• Work in a bloodborne pathogen environment with exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays
• Require manual dexterity and fine motor coordination
• Ability to sustain prolonged standing and walking
