Pharmacist Inpatient Job in York, PA

WellSpan York Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist for inpatient pharmacy services. You will work 40 hours per week on day shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with weekend coverage required every 3rd or 4th Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There are no call requirements. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026, with weekly pay of $3,483.07.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services and clinical dosing support
• Prepare chemotherapy, hazardous, and non-hazardous IV medications using sterile technique
• Apply pharmacokinetic dosing principles for patient care across all age groups, including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Float between WellSpan York Hospital and the Apple Hill location (2 miles away)
• Provide holiday coverage as needed

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania state pharmacist license (must be held prior to start date)
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience
• Inpatient or outpatient oncology experience
• IV training for hazardous and non-hazardous medication preparations
• EPIC Beacon experience
• Competency in chemotherapy, compounding, sterile technique, and pharmacokinetic dosing
