Job Details:

• Day shift position working 5x8 hour shifts, hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM depending on patient load
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• 13-week assignment
• No weekend hours required
• No call requirements
• No float requirements
• Plan, prepare, and deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients using sophisticated equipment and devices
• Treat both inpatient and outpatient populations with approximately 65-70 patients treated in the department per day
• Required to have strong communication skills and experience with linac treatment including setting up and imaging patients
• Experience with Elekta preferred; Elekta workflows can be taught on the job
• Works with equipment including Elekta Versas, Varian HDR, Cyberknife, and Radixact
• EMR systems used: Mosaiq and EPIC
• Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience in a hospital setting required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), ARRT, and RRA
• Scrub color requirement: Black scrubs only; colored scrubs are not acceptable
