Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Mix of 12-hour (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 8-hour (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) shifts
• 0.9 FTE position
• Every other weekend required
• Holidays as needed
• No call requirements
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• RRT or CRT certification accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, RRT
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Care for patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform skills including adult critical care, BiPAP, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, mechanical ventilation weaning, intubation assist, arterial blood gas drawing and interpretation, bronchoscopy, tracheostomy care and management, chest physiotherapy, and suctioning
• Administer aerosol treatments, metered dose inhalers, and various respiratory medications
• Support interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services and rapid response teams
• Tobacco and fragrance free facility
