PCU Nurse Job in Cleveland, OH

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the PCU (Progressive Care Unit) at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, taking on a 3x12 rotating shift schedule. Your shifts will alternate between 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with the understanding that shifts may adjust to meet operational needs.

Your primary assignment is the HVTI-Stepdown unit. You may float to units J1-2, J33, and ED to care for similar patient populations as needed. You will be required to work at least every other holiday.

Requirements:

• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum 18 months of permanent stepdown experience prior to starting travel assignments
• Minimum 18 months of recent stepdown experience (travel experience counts)
• Ohio permanent license or valid compact state license in hand before your start date

During your orientation, you will complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment. Both must be passed on your first or second attempt; failure to do so will result in contract cancellation. You will also complete 6 to 15 hours of pre-start modules, with 4 hours counted as billable time.

Before your start date, you must complete badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting at the facility. You will use Qualivis Lotus to submit your hours worked.

This is a 91-day assignment beginning May 15, 2026. Your weekly pay is $2,428.20.
